ASU Dekalb Serves a Feast
as the Golden Rams Battle Savannah State!

WTH? That question was heard plenty during the final moments of the ASU versus SSU football game on Saturday. But, the Rams were able to win the nail-biter 37/34. Whew!

Now, let's talk about the ASU Dekalb Tailgate and Membership Drive. Okay, didn't it remind you of after-church Sunday dinner at Big Ma's house? I'm talking heapings of Pigs Feet, Ribs, Turkey Drumsticks, Chicken, Baked Beans full of meat, Potato Salad, Deviled Eggs, just-baked Cookies, Coleslaw, Pasta Salad...and much more! The cooks and servers were always on the job.

Many thanks to those who contributed food items. You are awesome! Thanks for the monetary donations. A special thanks to "Coach" Williams for the Gas gift card, Restaurant gift card, and the Marta Breeze card. I'm sure the raffle winners will enjoy them.

Our Albany tailgate crew also joined us. They say that they'll be ready for us at next Saturday's game. It's a much later game (7pm), and follows our 10:30am chapter meeting at Salem-Panola Public Library located at 5137 Salem Road, Lithonia GA 30038

Also during the tailgate, ASU Dekalb members renewed and others became members for the first time. ASU Dekalb Rocks!!
