Founders Day-2011 Football Schedule Explained

If you've seen the ASU 2011 Football Schedule you've noticed some changes. Very noticeable: we're not playing some of the regulars...including...Tuskegee! When we heard from ASU Interim Athletic Director Richard Williams, just prior to Friday's Blue and Gold Scrimmage football game, he pretty much explained that since we're THE CHAMPS, many Div 1, 2, 3 and other schools are "scared of us." The schools, according to Williams, say "Why play Albany State if we don't have to?"

He also said the Rams "are going up North", when they play Kentucky in the Circle City Classic in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 1, 2011. By-the-way, Williams says he expects Tuskegee to return to our schedule, "In one or two years."
